Presenting Our 2024 Annual Report
postedWe are proud to present our 2024 Annual Report!

It was a big year for us as we advanced our mission of working with the community to enhance, protect, and promote the health of the environment and the well-being of all people. In 2024, that included achievements like:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships to meet people where they’re at, including working with area organizations to provide vaccines in neighborhoods and at area schools—crucial to school attendance and safeguarding health. We provided nearly 6,500 vaccines in 2024—that’s about 25 vaccines every day.
- Creating and improving programs and services. For example, we continued to offer long-acting reversible contraception, like IUDs and implants, and began offering pain management for IUD placements (one of only a few clinics in the area to do so).
- Using data to drive action and support health, through tools like our improved Respiratory Illness Dashboard and newly launched Communicable Illness Dashboard.
- Engaging with communities to better meet needs, like providing more than a half million dollars in community funding and participating in 140+ community events.
- Centering equity in our work, such as by hiring, compensating, and surveying people with lived experience to inform program activities. We also hired 8 bilingual positions in 2024 and partnered with area organizations to offer trainings—such as the licensing process for prospective food business owners—in Spanish.
- Responding to outbreaks and emergencies, including a measles case, a pertussis (whooping cough) outbreak, a hoarding situation, and several extreme weather events in 2024.
