- RSV activity is high, particularly among children under 4 years old. Wastewater surveillance shows elevated RSV levels throughout the past month, indicating continued community spread.
- Flu activity remains moderate. Based on emergency department data from February, children aged 5–17 have been most impacted by flu diagnoses. For the third week in a row, over 80% of air samples from schools within Dane County were positive for flu.
- COVID-19 wastewater levels have been stable in Madison and trending downward Oregon, however a majority of school air samples continue to test positive for COVID-19 over the past several weeks, indicating it is still present in the community.
