Immunizations are important for everyone, at all ages. We give free immunizations to reduce the spread of disease and to protect health.

Look up your immunization record on the Wisconsin Immunization Registry at anytime. We do not give replacement COVID-19 vaccination cards. Your WIR record can be used in place of your vaccination card. See our COVID-19 vaccine webpage for information.
