As of October 1, 2025: Even though the federal government has shut down, Wisconsin WIC is currently available. At this time, you can use your WIC benefits, attend WIC appointments, and do not need to take any action. If there are changes to the availability of WIC funding and benefits, we will let you know immediately.

East Washington Office, 2705 E. Washington Ave:
- Mondays 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (closed 1:00 – 2:00 pm for lunch)
- Wednesdays 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (closed 1:00 – 2:00 pm for lunch)
- Fridays 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (closed 1:00 – 2:00 pm for lunch)
South Madison Office, 2230 S. Park St:
- Tuesdays 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (closed 1:00 – 2:00 pm for lunch)
- Thursdays 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm
