Are you pregnant and aren't sure what to do? We offer support and lots of options. If you need to talk to someone about your pregnancy options, get emergency contraception or birth control, or get support to have a healthy pregnancy, we're here to help.

You don't have to do this alone

No matter what you decide to do about your pregnancy, we have non-judgmental, supportive staff who can guide you along the way. Check out our Pregnancy Options & Support webpage and decide what's right for you! Here's a breakdown of how we can help you.

All-options pregnancy and sexual health support

Reproductive Health Nurse Navigators 

Do you want to talk to a nurse about your pregnancy, birth control, or emergency contraception options? Do you need help finding reproductive health care? Our Reproductive Health Nurse Navigators are here for you! There is no cost and they won't talk to your partner(s), parent(s), or anyone else about what they discuss with you. 

They'll help you

  • Review your options for pregnancy. This includes abortion, adoption, and parenting resources.
  • Find birth control or emergency contraception.
  • Learn about community services that can help you.
  • Get answers about reproductive health options.
  • Find pregnancy information. This includes information about preparing for pregnancy, getting pregnant, and finding pregnancy care.

How to reach a nurse

Our Nurse Navigators are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Call or text them at 608-690-0893. They may not be able to answer right away – leave them a message or text and they'll get back to you! You can also fill out a short form on our website and they'll contact you. 

What to expect

After our Nurse Navigators get your request to talk, they'll meet with you. They can meet you wherever you'd like or talk over the phone. You decide which way you'd prefer. They'll listen to your needs, get the details they need to connect you to the right services, and help you decide the next steps. 

Pregnancy support

The WIC Program

If you're pregnant and looking for support to have a healthy pregnancy and baby, our Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program can help if you meet income guidelines. 

The WIC Program helps you eat healthy, have a healthy pregnancy, breastfeed successfully, and have healthy kids.

They provide

  • Personalized nutrition education
  • Healthy food benefits
  • Referrals to health services and other resources
  • Breastfeeding support

Nurse-Family Partnership Program

If you're income-eligible, our Nurse-Family Partnership Program can match you with a nurse who will support you and your family until your baby is two years old. 

Nurse-Family Partnership has a wait list at this time

As of July 28, 2026, due to high referral numbers, we may not be able to enroll all families. We currently (as of the date of this blog post) have more space for first-time pregnancies that are before 29 weeks in pregnancy. Enrollment is based upon the family's support needs and not only on referral date. 

Sexual health services

You can make an appointment at our Sexual Health Clinic for pregnancy testing and options counseling, emergency contraception, and birth control. We can also test you for sexually transmitted infections and treat you if you have one.  

Your care is completely confidential

We won't tell your partner(s) or parent(s) about your care. 

Our care is inclusive

We have no-pressure conversations to help you make informed decisions. Our care is inclusive and stigma-free, welcoming people of all ages, gender identities, gender expressions, and sexual orientations.

Our care is free or low cost on a sliding scale

People who earn more income will pay more for our services. For most people, services are free or low cost. There is no cost for anyone 18 or under, regardless of insurance status.

No time for an appointment? You can drop into our East Washington Avenue office to pick up emergency contraception and more.
