Are you pregnant and aren't sure what to do? We offer support and lots of options. If you need to talk to someone about your pregnancy options, get emergency contraception or birth control, or get support to have a healthy pregnancy, we're here to help.

Reproductive Health Nurse Navigators
Do you want to talk to a nurse about your pregnancy, birth control, or emergency contraception options? Do you need help finding reproductive health care? Our Reproductive Health Nurse Navigators are here for you! There is no cost and they won't talk to your partner(s), parent(s), or anyone else about what they discuss with you.
They'll help you
- Review your options for pregnancy. This includes abortion, adoption, and parenting resources.
- Find birth control or emergency contraception.
- Learn about community services that can help you.
- Get answers about reproductive health options.
- Find pregnancy information. This includes information about preparing for pregnancy, getting pregnant, and finding pregnancy care.
How to reach a nurse
Our Nurse Navigators are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Call or text them at 608-690-0893. They may not be able to answer right away – leave them a message or text and they'll get back to you! You can also fill out a short form on our website and they'll contact you.
What to expect
After our Nurse Navigators get your request to talk, they'll meet with you. They can meet you wherever you'd like or talk over the phone. You decide which way you'd prefer. They'll listen to your needs, get the details they need to connect you to the right services, and help you decide the next steps.
