Our Reproductive Health Nurse Navigators are here for you!
We provide all-options pregnancy counseling, resources, and education for anyone who needs support with a pregnancy or their sexual health.
We’ll help you
- Review your options for pregnancy. This includes abortion, adoption, and parenting resources.
- Find birth control or emergency contraception.
- Give you resources for community services that can help you.
- Answer your questions about reproductive health options.

- Information about preparing for pregnancy

- There’s no cost to talk with us.
- We won’t talk to your partner(s), parent(s), or anyone else about what we discuss.
We’re available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

What to expect
After we get your request to talk, we’ll meet with you in person or over the phone. You decide which way you’d prefer!
We’ll listen to your needs, get the details we need to connect you to the right services, and help you decide the next steps.
