School Vaccination Clinic

In partnership with SSM Health, GHC, UW-Health, Madison Metropolitan School District, Sun Prairie Area School District, and Verona Area School District, we're offering vaccines at clinics.

  • The vaccines are free.
  • For school aged kids 5 and older.
  • Appointments are strongly recommended.

We can vaccinate you if you meet one of the following criteria:

  • Do not have insurance
  • Are under 19 and are Alaskan Native or American Indian
  • Have BadgerCare
  • Have Quartz, GHC, or Dean insurance
