Our website is revamped and ready for you!

posted

Whether you’re a regular or occasional visitor, you’ll notice some differences next time you visit our website. You’ll find new navigation, new features, and trimmed content, all making it easier to find what you’re looking for quickly.

New navigation matches how you’d search for information

After conducting website usability testing and looking at data on how people use our website, we changed up the navigation. You’ll now find information about what our agency does and services you can use organized into tabs like “Your Health,” “Home and Environment,” and “Community Initiatives.” We created separate tabs for information that relates to specific audiences, like “Businesses and Licensing” and “For Providers.”

New features on pages help you find information faster

With new website tools at our disposal, we designed webpages to make them easier to skim and get to what you need faster. On pages where you know exactly what topic you’re looking for, we’ve incorporated accordions. We put icons and photos on other pages to help what you’re looking for stand out better.

You can let us know how things are looking

We’re so excited about these improvements! With any website update, there might be a few growing pains. As you navigate our new website, please use the “Was this page helpful to you” question, found at the bottom of every webpage. This will help us understand if you found what you were looking for, or not!

Happy browsing!
