School Vaccination Clinic: Savanna Oaks Middle School (Fitchburg)
Event Description
In partnership with SSM Health, GHC, UW-Health, and area school districts, we're offering vaccines at clinics.
- The vaccines are free.
- For school aged kids 5 and older.
- Appointments are strongly recommended.
We can vaccinate you if you meet one of the following criteria:
- Do not have insurance
- Are under 19 and are Alaskan Native or American Indian
- Have BadgerCare
- Have Quartz, GHC, or Dean insurance
