Join Public Health Madison & Dane County and Madison Library for a program focused on understanding and navigating perimenopause and menopause. You will learn about the physical and emotional changes, hormonal shifts, common symptoms, and effective strategies to manage this life stage with confidence. We’ll also explore treatment options, lifestyle adjustments, and ways to thrive during midlife and beyond. This empowering program offers practical guidance to support you through every step of the transition.

All gender identities and ages are welcome; we all benefit from knowledge!
