Final Report from THC-Contaminated Food Incident

Last month, we shared a news release and two blogs which outlined an incident related to THC-contaminated food from Famous Yeti’s Pizza in Stoughton, WI. Today, our report, which includes information about our environmental health investigation and the results of our questionnaire, is available.
