Public Health Issues Order #10 Amendment to Clarify Definition of Mass Gathering

Public Health Madison & Dane County has released an amendment to Emergency Order #10. The amendment goes into effect on November 20, 2020 at 4:30 p.m.
The amendment adjusts the definition of mass gathering to align with the gathering limits. The intent of the order has not changed. A mass gathering is defined as “any gathering of individuals that are not members of the same household or living unit.” No other changes have been made to the order.
