Nurses and Families Together
Nurses and Families Together (NAFT) is a place for expectant parents and families with babies and young children to get information, and receive individual and group support to help make positive parenting decisions.

- Come whenever you are available and bring friends and family if you would like.
- Spanish interpreters are always available.
- Free transportation is available.
Nurses and Families Together Offers:
- A safe, caring, and supportive place for Dane County families who are considering pregnancy, are expecting a baby, or have a newborn or young child.
- Individual and group support to help parents make positive parenting decisions.
- Information about community resources and finding health care.
- Information on topics such as preconception planning, pregnancy, newborn care, breastfeeding, what to expect as children grow, child nutrition, parenting, birth control and physical and emotional health.
- Education provided by Public Health Nurses and guest speakers
- Support and understanding from people in similar situations.
