Standing Committees of the Board of Health
Executive - Susan Zahner, Chair
Acts as the Board's representative and takes action as needed during intervals between Board meetings.
Budget - Judy Wilcox, Chair
Assist in developing and making recommendations to the Board regarding the annual operating budget.
Administrative Hearings Committee - Alan Schwartzstein, Chair
Conducts hearings according to ordinance, render decision and report to the Board periodically on hearings. Examples are appeals of dangerous animal issues, restaurant closure or license suspension and septic systems.
The Board Chair, with Board approval, may establish ad hoc committees to fulfill specific tasks.
